TBL Holdings

Terms of sale

Last updated 4 September 2026. These terms govern every purchase made through
tblholdings.store. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who you are contracting with

TBL Holdings is a brand of Thin Blue Line Holdings LLC, a limited liability company organised in the
State of Idaho, with its principal place of business at 4595 S Cinder Cove Ave, Meridian, ID
83642, United States. In these terms “we” and “the house” mean that company;
“you” means the person placing the order. Notices go to legal@tblholdings.store; everything else to
support@tblholdings.store.

2. Eligibility and your details

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract. We ship within the United States only. You
are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details you give us. A parcel returned
because the address was wrong is refunded less the outbound carriage, and you are welcome to reorder.

3. Prices, tax and currency

Prices are in United States dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and displayed at checkout
before you pay. Prices change from time to time; the price that binds us is the one displayed when your order
is accepted. Where an item is listed at an obviously wrong price — a misplaced decimal — we will
decline the order, tell you why and refund in full rather than fulfil at a price neither of us intended.

4. How an order is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a dispatch confirmation, not when the automatic
acknowledgement arrives. Before that we may decline — if an item is out of stock, if payment or address
details cannot be verified, or if we believe the order is fraudulent. A declined order is never charged.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor. We neither receive nor store your full card number.
If a payment is reversed after dispatch we may recover the amount due, including any fee the processor
charges us for the reversal.

6. Delivery, risk and title

Delivery terms are on our Delivery page and form part of these terms. Risk passes
on delivery to the address you gave. Title passes when we have been paid in full. Transit estimates are
estimates; we are not liable for a carrier delay outside our control, though we will chase it for you.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Returns and refunds policy sets out the window, the condition goods must be in,
who pays return carriage and how long a refund takes. It is readable before you pay and forms part of these
terms. Nothing in it affects your statutory rights.

8. Product information and materials

We publish the material and the governing number for every piece — core thickness for clad pans,
Rockwell hardness and edge angle for blades, water absorption for ceramics, temperature ratings for storage.
Those figures come from the manufacturer’s published documentation and are given in good faith. They are
not a warranty of suitability for a particular commercial use. Nothing we sell is certified for a commercial
kitchen inspection regime; it is domestic housewares.

Photographs are representative. Natural materials vary: wood grain, glaze tone and the exact shade of a
stoneware body differ between batches, and that is a property of the material rather than a defect. Where a
variation would affect fit or function we tell you before dispatch.

9. Warranty

Goods carry the manufacturer’s warranty stated on the product page. Beyond that we replace or refund
anything that arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, as set out on our
Care and materials page. Wear that follows from ordinary use — a patina on cast
iron, a board that needs resurfacing, a blade that needs sharpening — is not a fault, and that page says
which is which.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for
anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to
what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a piece
used outside the care instructions published on its page — a knife put through a dishwasher, a board
left standing in water, an enamelled pot heated empty.

11. Acceptable use of this website

You may not use this site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape
it systematically for commercial purposes.

12. Intellectual property

The text, photography, specification tables and layout of this site are our property or used under licence.
Print or download what you need for your own reference; do not republish it commercially without our written
permission.

13. Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy policy, which
forms part of these terms.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when the order was
accepted; the date at the top records the last change. Material changes are not applied retroactively.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and
the state and federal courts sitting in Ada County, Idaho have jurisdiction. If something has gone wrong,
write to legal@tblholdings.store first; almost everything is settled that way and faster.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If a provision is unenforceable the rest stands. These terms and the delivery, returns, care and privacy
pages they refer to are the entire agreement between us for your order.
