Complimentary delivery applies to the goods total after any discount and before tax. Full dinner services
and multi-piece cast-iron sets ship on the heavy service and are excluded from the free threshold; the
product page says so before you add one.

Cut-off and dispatch

Orders placed before 13:00 Mountain Time on a business day go out the same day. After that,
or at a weekend or public holiday, they go the next business day. You get a tracking number when the parcel
physically leaves us, not when the label is printed.

How fragile goods travel

Ceramics and glass go double-boxed with a minimum of 50 mm of void fill on every face, and services go
in cell dividers rather than loose. It costs us more and it is the reason our breakage rate is low. If
something does arrive broken, photograph the outer carton before you unpack any further — that
photograph is what settles a carrier claim.

Carriers and where we deliver

USPS and UPS for standard and expedited, a regional freight carrier for the heavy service. All 50 states,
PO boxes via USPS where the item fits, and APO and FPO addresses via USPS with a longer transit. We do not
ship outside the United States.

Tracking

Live within a few hours of dispatch. The first carrier scan sometimes takes overnight to appear, which is
normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

If a parcel is late

Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees; weather and public holidays move them. More than three
business days past the estimate, email support@tblholdings.store with your order number
and we will chase it. You do not need to contact the carrier yourself.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address exactly as entered. A parcel returned because the address was wrong is refunded less
the outbound carriage, and you are welcome to reorder.

If you are not in

Standard and expedited parcels do not need a signature and the carrier will leave them in a safe place or
with a neighbour at their discretion. If you would rather that did not happen, add a note at checkout and we
will mark the parcel signature-required at no extra cost. The heavy service always calls ahead to arrange a
window, so give us a phone number you will actually answer — an unanswered freight call is the single
commonest cause of a delayed delivery.

Packaging

Cartons, void fill and cell dividers are paper-based and recyclable kerbside. We do not use polystyrene
loose fill. Where a piece arrives wrapped in plastic it came that way from the maker, and we say so rather
than repack it for appearances.

Sales tax

Calculated at checkout where it applies, and shown before you pay.
