This is our registered and principal business address. Please do not send returns here —
it is not a warehouse and it will delay your refund. Start a return by email and we will send the correct
address with your authorisation.

What to include

For an existing order, quote the order number from your confirmation. For a damaged parcel, attach a
photograph of the outer carton as well as the piece — we need both for the carrier claim and it is much
harder to make afterwards. For a question about a piece, tell us which one and what you are trying to cook,
serve or store; that is usually a better question than the one about the specification.

Before you write about a material

Every product page carries the material and the governing number in a table above the description —
core thickness, Rockwell hardness, water absorption, temperature range. The Care and
materials page explains how to read each of them and lists what counts as normal wear rather than a fault,
which answers most of what we are asked.
